Who is the LIEBENZELL MISSION TAIWAN?

LM-Taiwan is the Taiwan branch of the Liebenzell Mission International, with its headquarters in Germany.

Liebenzell Mission International began its ministry in Taiwan in 1957. When the communist takeover of mainland China forced our missionaries to leave China some of them began working in Taiwan.

Our function in Taiwan is divided into three main sectors:

Evangelistic outreach and church planting work among Chinese in the western plains. By the Lord's grace, eleven congregations have been established through this work.
Evangelism among aboriginal mountain tribes, particularly at the Theological Seminary in Yu-Shan where evangelists and church-workers for the mountain tribes a trained. Here a Liebenzell missionary serves as a faculty member.
Since 1996 we are also involved in student ministry among senior high school students and university students. Currently we have a missionary couple working with Campus Evangelical Fellowship in the Taichung area.
